Description: This role is responsible for managing all training activities across the organisation for both Australia and Sri Lanka. The individual will take the lead on the design and implementation of new initiatives/projects and help to promote the effective development of our people.


Key responsibilities:


  • Identifying current training requirements and set benchmarks to assess the effectiveness of the training programs.
  • Conduct regular reviews of all relevant training and development materials and resources.
  • Proactively managing training needs in consultation with line managers to align with the training goals.
  • Preparing L&D analytics and management reports on a regular basis on actual training completed.
  • Providing support for new employee onboarding activities.



  • Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in Learning & Development or a similar field.
  • Experience in managing Learning Management Systems and conducting training needs analysis would be preferred.
  • Exposure to effective learning and development methods is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willing to work according to the Australian calendar.
